There are a few ways you can use our liquid curcumin with BioMS:

Place 10 drops — about half a dropper — directly under the tongue (see below).
Add 10 drops to 8 oz. of hot beverages like coffee, tea, or cocoa.
Add 10 drops to 8 oz. of room-temperature or iced beverages like water, stir with a spoon, and drink.
Add 10 drops to 4 oz. of room-temperature water and stir with a spoon. Then add this to a shake or smoothie mix, fruit juice, or any other cold beverage.

Be careful not to get liquid curcumin on your fingers or any stainable surface as it the color is potent. If placing under the tongue, it will temporarily color your mouth, but it won’t stain; simple brushing will remove the yellow (and the toothbrush will stay a harmless yellow). If you have any oral implants, braces or dentures, consult with your dentist if any staining occurs.
